- 2–3 events booked together: 5% off each day-rate
- 4–6 events booked together: 10% off each day-rate
- 7+ events / full-season contracts: 15% off + priority crew allocation

Questions clients ask us
- How do the discount tiers work?
- Discounts apply when events are booked together under a single agreement (deposits and dates confirmed). 2–3 events = 5%, 4–6 = 10%, 7+ or a full season = 15%. Larger or unusual seasons (touring shows, multi-venue festivals) we'll quote bespoke.
- Do the events have to be at the same venue?
- No. Discounts apply across different venues and event types — you can mix festivals, motorsport days, weddings and corporate events under one multi-booking agreement.
- What happens if I cancel one of the events?
- Cancellations are handled per our standard terms. If the cancellation drops you below a discount tier, the remaining events are re-priced at the appropriate tier — never retroactively penalised for events already delivered.
- Can I add events to an existing multi-booking later?
- Yes — adding events can push you into a higher discount tier, and we'll re-rate future events accordingly. Already-invoiced events stay as-billed.
