Frequently asked

Questions clients ask us

How long does a hot works fire watch last?
Industry guidance is typically a continuous watch during the works and a documented post-works watch period (commonly 60 minutes, longer in higher-risk environments). We agree the duration with your principal contractor and log every patrol.
Can you book by the hour?
Yes. Short hot-works watches and short overnight standbys are bookable hourly with a sensible minimum. Longer engagements move to day rates.
Do you supply extinguishers and equipment?
Yes — every fire watch booking arrives with extinguishers, fire blankets, radios and the response vehicle's onboard kit. You don't need to source separate equipment.
Can you cover multi-day construction projects?
Yes. We can rotate crew for week-long and multi-week jobs and provide a single point of contact for site managers throughout.
