Frequently asked

Questions clients ask us

Do I need fire cover for my festival?
Most UK festivals need documented fire safety arrangements as part of their event safety plan and Premises Licence conditions. The Safety Advisory Group (SAG) and your local Fire & Rescue will usually expect on-site fire cover proportional to the size, layout and risk profile of the event.
Can you cover overnight and camping areas?
Yes. Camping areas and the post-show overnight period are some of the highest-risk windows. We can run dedicated camping patrols, monitor cooking points and respond to tent fires while crowds rest.
How early should I book?
Aim for 4–8 weeks before the event for festival weekends, and earlier for bank holidays and the summer peak. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — call us and we'll be straight with you about availability.
Do you liaise with the local Fire & Rescue Service?
Yes. We carry radios, can join the event control net, and will brief and escalate to the statutory Fire & Rescue Service if an incident exceeds our capability.
