Written Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) completed

Required under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

FRA shared with all responsible persons on site

Event Management Plan (EMP) prepared per the Purple Guide / HSG195

Site plan showing fire points, exits, vehicle access and water sources

Crowd capacity calculated and managed

Emergency evacuation plan documented and briefed

Liaison with local Fire & Rescue Service where required

Fire points positioned every 30m and at all high-risk areas

Competent fire marshals / safety stewards on duty

Trained crew with extinguisher and first response experience

Overnight fire watch arranged for camping and build-down

Clear chain of command and radio communications

First aid cover coordinated with fire response team

Emergency exit and assembly point signage in place (BS 5499)

Fire lanes kept clear — 3.7m wide, 3.7m high for appliances

Hydrant locations identified and accessible

Public address / megaphone capability for evacuation

Stewards briefed on evacuation routes and refuge points
